Digital Marketing Expert

About the Role

At Divino, we believe that running ads is easy, but generating ROI is an art. We are not looking for a "button pusher" who just boosts posts. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who understands human psychology, sales funnels, and data-driven storytelling.

You will be responsible for the "Why" and "How" behind our campaigns. You need to look at a brand, understand its pain points, design a funnel that converts, and then execute it using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. If you think in terms of CAC, ROAS, and LTV rather than just "Likes" and "Views," this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
• Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with a strict focus on ROAS.
• Data & Analytics: Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and make quick decisions to kill losing ads and scale winning ones.
• SEO & Content Guidance: Guide the content team on what creatives (video/static) will perform best and implement on-page SEO strategies.
• A/B Testing & CRO: Constantly test headlines, creatives, and landing pages to improve Conversion Rates.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor strategies to keep our clients ahead.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing ad budgets (Portfolio/Case Studies required).
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup.
• Strong English copywriting skills (Ability to write ad copy that sells).
• Strategic thinker: You solve business problems, not just technical ones.
• Up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes in Social Media & SEO.
