About the Role

Divino Marketing Agency is entering a phase of rapid growth. We are looking for a proactive Manager to act as the operational heartbeat of our Bogura office.

We have a diverse team comprising Senior Developers, Graphic Designers, Frontend Interns, and Office Assistants. We don't just need a supervisor; we need a leader who can bridge the gap between creative and technical departments, manage client expectations, and build a culture of discipline and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Operations: Manage daily workflows between Graphic Designers, Developers, and Support staff to ensure deadlines are met without excuses.
• Foster Discipline: Instill a culture of punctuality and accountability, managing team attendance and leave requests professionally.
• Client Management: Communicate professionally with clients to understand requirements and translate them clearly to the technical/creative teams.
• Reporting: Monitor project progress, remove blockers, and provide transparent updates to the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management, team lead, or coordination role.
• Fluent English (Speaking & Writing) is non-negotiable for client communication.
• Strong organizational skills—you must be honest, disciplined, and a fast learner.
• Ability to balance a friendly team environment with professional authority.
